Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to programs and services purchased from Skeletonherbal. We aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Digital Programs

For online programs including Foundations of Rhythm, Seasonal Alignment, and Evening Arc Series, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than one module of course materials. After this period, or if more than one module has been accessed, refunds are issued at our discretion and may be partial.

2. Studio Sessions

Open Quiet Hours and Intensive Reset sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for credit toward a future session, subject to availability.

3. Team and Custom Programs

Organizational engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed at enrollment. Refund terms for custom programs are outlined in that contract.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to cooperation@skeletonherbal.world with your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Downloadable materials purchased separately, completed program modules, and no-show studio reservations without prior cancellation are generally non-refundable.

7. US Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including FTC guidelines on fair billing practices and state-specific refund statutes. New York residents may have additional rights under New York General Business Law.
